AHUG is busy developing Mountain Bike trails in the Community Woodland area. At present (8-2013) we have secured approximately 70% of funding for the trails from the Drumderg Community Fund and the 2014 Commenwealth Games Legacies Fund. We are in the final stages of agreeing a lease for the land with the Forestry Commission and then need to finalise a planning application before building can start.
As part of our drive towards creating bike we hold an annual fundrasing event on the last weekend in September.
